@CaptnRex7567, it seems like it could be a ferengi from star trek (specifically the original version).
The ferengi were introduced in star trek the next generation, and also appeared in star trek deep space nine, star trek voyager, and star trek enterprise. They also appeared as redesigned versions in the newer star trek shows.
However, it would probably be better if you made this post on the star trek fandom, since it probably won't get deleted from there like your other post about this probably was from the star wars fandom.
