Come on folks, don't be mean.
Star Wars is wholesome.
Like when Tarkin wholesomely destroyed millions of people on Alderaan.
Or each time Vader wholesomely chokes someone to death. Or when he wholesomely killed all of the Younglings.
Or when Anakin killed a tribe of Tusken then had a tantrum about it being Obi Wan's fault. That was wholesome
And the wholesome, charred remains of Beru and Owen Lars.
Or all of those times when someone gets a body part wholesomely cut off, or gets cut in half, or electrocuted to death.
And let's not forget that super wholesome bit where Anakin has is arms and legs cut of and sets on fire.
The list of wholesome goes on and on.
Seriously though, whilst the word wholesome is somewhat inappropriate for Star Wars, the Yuuzhan Vong don't fit the vibe of Star Wars.
And they lack any nuance.
Like pain, can't be detected in the force. Like to try to f**k each other over. Apart from later in NJO when we get some that are outcasts and want change, that's mostly it for them across a lot of books. As many have stated, they would fit 40k nicely because that isn't nuanced either.
