The plans of his his are very wrong in what he wants to accomplish but the premise of breaking this never ending cycle is correct.
The cycle continues unabated with no end I can understand somewhat in what he wants.
The cycle of senseless killings in both sides is not unacceptable but he must understand that evil and good will fight forever.
