I wouldn't really want to live on any of those planets, because of their inhospitable environments, but from your list, I'd probably prefer to live on kamino, otherwise, exegol.
These are too inhospitable for me. If Kiros were an option, I’d go there ( it does fall under the classification of non-human). If the question were “Which extreme planet would want to live on?”, I’d probably say Kamino
