A fun episode and a neat final mission. It is a slow buildup to the finale

Hunter, Wrecker and Crosshair sticks together to find a way to where Omega is while Rampart heads on his own to eventually gets captured

One thing I would like to point out is the conversation Crosshair and Rampart had despite Crosshair betraying the Empire and going to back to his group, seems like Rampart believes that Crosshair hasn't fully expelled the evil within him which I could see that something could trigger Crosshair to make him betray the others again which would lead to his sacrifice since he doesn't want to hurt his team if he loses control again.

It will be interesting with Rampart captured it does question whether or not if he will sell out the Bad Batch and allow Hemlock and the others to find them or he refuses to tell them to allow them to live

I did like the idea of Echo using a droid's hand as a coverup for his robotic arm. I do wonder if in the next episode we will see if Emeire makes the right decision to help free Omega and all of the other children or she will still stay loyal to the Empire and just let the kids go with Echo

I was impressed that Omega was able to make it back into her cell just before the other doctor and the droid showed up to take her blood

Since it seems like the Zillo beast is still there my thought is that Omega will use the Zillo beast to help them escape which I think that would be a really neat idea.

But overall a good episode and I am excited for the finale

This is (almost) it. Just one more episode and then we say goodbye to these characters probably forever.

First off, Echo has got an excellent disguise here. He not only got a Stormtrooper armor, but he also got a new hand that can attach and detach at will. And he made it all the way to Emerie. Her redemption is coming very very soon. It was at this moment where she finally feels conflicted about her job. Let’s see if they do it

Secondly, they landed!!! Except not the way I intended. They got caught and they crashed. Rampart was very pathetic in this episode. He was screaming really hard over the fear of the beasts. His arrogance led to his arrest, but I hope he can understand his errors now. I also liked Wrecker treating him like a punching bag and Hunter and Crosshair arguing with him.

Thirdly, the prison scene. Omega is very smart now. She not only found a way to escape but she also dodged the security cameras. She is very quick to adapt and this comes from real growth as a character, not instantly. But as for Scalder…you gotta be kidding me. I’m genuinely hurt by how much you neglect these kids. When one of them said they were starving, she refused to give them food. You’re far worse than Emerie. Scalder now has a personality, albeit a hate-able one.

Lastly, I gotta commend Hemlock for keeping his composure in spite of getting angrier. Regardless, he has been unforgivable enough and since this is gonna end on a bittersweet note, I thinks he’s gonna get away.

This episode was quite short, but not bad. I am not gonna lost any sleep tonight because it isn’t over yet! I believe I grew up with these characters and it’s so sad they will be leaving the screen after next week. I hope Cid will pay for her treachery.

Totally agree about Scalder, though. I think that by making her unlikeable (or hate-able as you say) Emerie's redemption by helping the Batch became more convincing...not that saving children, including Omega, wasn't enough of an implication, but still, one can't be too sure. After the long awaited meeting between Emerie and a member of the Batch (thankfully it's Echo aka a former reg), I'm hopeful that is enough for us to believe Emerie will do the right thing. I admit, I hadn't considered Hemlock getting away, but I guess that depends if the speculation regarding another series about the Clone Rebellion are true...I don't think he'll make it, but it's not something to rule out just yet.

And last, but certainly least, Cid...ironic, since she is voiced by Danny DeVito's wife. We don't exactly know what happened between her and CX-2 assassin, so it may be possible that...🪦 Although I have nothing to base it on other than that she was visited by the assassin, and whether or not that is to imply she already paid for her treachery by her death is speculation on my part. And if by chance she is alive, the next/last episode has far too many things to worry about, presuming this is indeed the last in TCW animated era, which remains to be seen.

I wanna see Omega ride the Zillo beast to victory.

Sure it would tick off the hardcore fans, but it would be awesome to see, nonetheless.

Empire: we are conducting top secret state of the art research in cloning by the Emperors personal order.

Also the Empire: let's keep an extremely dangerous and almost indestructible creature in the same lab.

And let's not install CCTV anywhere.

And let's make sure there are no guard rails protecting very dangerous ledges in the workplace.

And yes, let's absolutely leave the Force-sensitive children unattended. Even the one that was trained by Clone Force-99, who had escaped before. She has no plan whatsoever.

Contractor - How do want us to line the walls of your high security vault?

Empire - Some panels that can be easily removed with a biro should do the trick. Oh and include some blind spots too.

Here's a bright idea (HISHE reference, just to point out)... why don't we make sure these panels cannot be removed instead of just assuming someone else has given it an a-okay before we have some little Force-sensitive kids decide to break through the high security vault and take a tour of and/or possibly destroy this insansely expensive research facility!?
