For me, I prefer the original version where Luke does not scream at all when he falls into the below of Cloud City.

Bro the version where Luke screams is actually the funniest thing on the planet. It completely undercuts the emotionality of the scene, sure, but I absolutely lose it every time I watch it. It doesn’t even sound like Luke because they literally just reused Palpatine’s scream from RotJ. Remarkable stuff.

Its the only special edition change goofier than Obi Wan’s Krayt dragon call that got progressively more ridiculous with each version.
