The ending of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor made me hold back tears. Cal carrying Bode's body to the funeral, Cere speaking to Cal again, and Kata burning her doll in Bode's pyre. The most emotional I've ever been watching/playing Star Wars.
I was ok until the "You saved my life on Bracca" all I could see in my head was 6 years ago when I watched Cere stick her arm out for him. I ended up making a joke about his poncho glitching to keep from sobbing.
What really made it emotional was it was a longer drawn out more dramatized scene. Not like Jango getting his head cut off and you only seeing Boba put his helmet to his forehead. It gave you more time to sit in the moment instead of like "oops, well he's head now. *insert tears* but we have to finish the mission *insert generic fight scene*"
