- Ben Solo (I love his character concept more so than his execution but his backstory is very interesting to me being manipulated since birth by the undead Sith)

- Anakin Skywalker (He just feels like a complete character to be honest. His Canon stories are a little more consistent than Legends though with his own fair share of badassery)

- Cal Kestis (Fallen Order Cal was okay but Survivor Cal is interesting because of the lengths he is willing to go to destroy the Empire and his journey)

- Mitth'raw'nuruodo (Technically cheating because he existed in Legends first but I mean do I need to disclose why I like Thrawn? It'd be the same reasons as everybody else)

- Din Djarin (Din doesn't really have a personality, more so a few personality traits. However, he is the archetypal badass in a helmet and that gives him the ultimate rule of cool that Boba Fett has lost since 2020)

- Luthen Rael (Stellan Skarsgard playing a wealthy financier and antiquities dealer by day and the leader of an underground resistance network by night? I love absolutely everything about the character even down to the American accent which in Star Wars is certainly unique)

- The Grand Inquisitor (Yet another badass. Charming, elegant and sophisticated in all the ways a Count of Sorreno would like. Minus his not so great look in Kenobi he continues to be a highlight of the new Canon)
