A Path I Can't Follow, for sure. Turning Anakin to the dark and convincing him that all the Jedi were traitors and threats, even younglings and his best friend, was still less disturbing than choking his pregnant wife. Trying to protect her was the main reason he fell to the dark side, and then he did all of that... It really shows how severely scrambled his psyche was.

Uggh. Can we please reach back in time and get this lonely, ostracized, ex-slave wunderkin some space-therapy for his space-PTSD and attachment issues?

I'd vote Battle of the Heroes, but I know it'll be most everyone's vote, because it is one of the greatest and most iconic moments of the Star Wars saga. And John Williams' score...*chef's kiss* Regarding my vote I struggle between Operation: Knightfall and Anakin's Dark Deeds as they are the pinnacle of Anakin as Vader without his wife or Jedi Master. Although there is something special about the moment Lord Vader was born in Supreme Chancellor Palpatine's office.
