The only pieces of the plan that Anakin contributed to were the attack on the Jedi Temple and the destruction of the Separatist Council. Both of which could have been achieved via orbital bombardment from a fleet of Venators.

You underestimate the ability of Anakin he would be lethal to Sidious.

The deal with his wife hurt him without this he would be extremely dangerous to deal with.

Sidious without him would be weakened those Jedi purges wouldn’t be as effective.

My example is Mace defeating Sidious in duel Lucas himself said that this Jedi master won.

I say by the time Mace showed up to arrest Sidious, it was already too late. Sidious had won not just because he knew that Anakin was on the way. Sidious prolonged the fight with windu intentionally to let Anakin show up. By that time, he already had Anakin convinced that he needed to save Sidious.

If Anakin was truly NOT on his way, which is something Sidious could easily sense, Sidious could have easily recalled his red guard and defeated Windu by out numbering him.

Furthermore, Sidious could have pulled the trigger on Order 66 early, and caught all the Jedi off guard, all across the Galaxy, including Mace and his posse.

Lest you’d think that means Sidious had to fight Anakin all alone, he did not have to. All he had to do was to convince Anakin that mace showed up to kill him and he was just defending himself, further working on the propaganda campaign to win Anakins heart.

And if even THAT did not work, all Sidious had to do was to be in the same room with Anakin whenever Anakin falls asleep.

Regardless of Anakin switching sides the plan of Order 66 would have gone through still

He would have still control of the Clones so he would have executed Order 66

I don't think so. Yes, Anakin was a big part of it and it probably wouldn't have been as successful but I don't think it entirely hinged on him.

Anakin would be serious trouble if he is a Jedi none of the Inquisitors that Sidious have can handle him.

Anakin if left in the light side is such a threat that Sidious personally will have to kill him.

Sidious normally lets other people take care of his problems but when the individual is strong or too dangerous he has no choice to intervene.

You seem to be forgetting that Sidious would have full control over the Republic Military at this time. It doesn’t matter how powerful an individual Jedi is, they physically cannot defeat the combined might of the Republic’s Finest.

Sidious always had a plan, and he was always able to adapt his plan. That's why he succeeded.
