Leia handles very devastating losses very well. Her entire home planet of Alderaan was destroyed meaning both of her adoptive parents and millions of innocent people who lived there, were killed. We never formally see her reaction to this after it happens but she seems to get over it faster than I would be able too. She also watched Obi-Wan get killed by Vader on the Death Star and Luke was the only one with a reaction even though she met Obi-Wan when she was 10 years old and really liked him and she basically had no reaction like Luke did. So why is Leia so strong about things? I don’t remember Anakin and Padmé ever being strong enough to handle losses like that so well.
