This theory only works if Palpatine is Anakin's father (he is not), which started because of that one vision Anakin had in the 2017 Vader comic run. Both the artist and writer have confirmed that Palpatine is not Anakin's father and the purpose of the vision is to show the embodiment of the dark side grooming him. So no; Rey is not related to Ben by blood.

@Iamnotokwiththis I came here to see if someone had an interesting question, but honestly this post looks like trolling. You can check a character's relatives here on Wookiepedia. Rey and Kylo are major players, so the information on them is robust.

But your second post was worth replying to. It's clearly not the situation with these characters, but it is absolutely possible to have an aunt who is ten years younger than you! All this requires is a couple having kids many years apart (E.g. the mom got pregnant at 18 and 44, which is surely easier to do with Star Wars technology), and then for one of their first kids to also have a kid at a young age. It's very common in large families.

Most of the starwars is a confusing storyline at some times, and the some of the people in the movies are like siblings but they end up dating but later into the movies they found out that they are, even tho most of them had kids together and such.
