Some people might not like the Disney content, maybe that’s why they say no

I hate the sequels with a passion. But they made some good things. Like rouge one

Yeah some of the Disney content isn’t very good but some of it can be great!

Does it make me happy when I hear when we're getting new Star Wars? Yes.

Did it make me happy when I heard we got Boba Fett series? YES!

Did it make me happy when Boba was forced to fight in the middle of Mos Espa rather than the safety of his palace, all through the words of a lackey? Ehhh.

Did it make me happy when I heard we got Obi-Wan Kenobi series with Vader? YEEES!

Did it make me happy when Obi-Wan's series turned into Reva's series? Um, no.

More recently in the Star Wars universe...

Did it make me happy when I heard we got Tales of the Jedi S2? Yes.

Did it make me happy when I heard TotJ S2 is now Tales of the Empire? HELL yes!

Did it make happy when I heard about Acolyte? Yes.

Did it make me happy when I heard Acolyte is 100 years before the Skywalker saga? Okay.

Did it make me happy when I heard Acolyte's episodes are 30 minutes each? ... Goshdarnit.

For the record, Disney Star Wars isn't perfect, but I don't hate on it as much as others...and that isn't to say some good or even better things can't come out of it, like Star Wars Rebels or Rogue One. I am hopeful for Acolyte and will reserve my judgment until I watch the series in full, but so far, I can't say my enthusiasm has become greater than it was before or even after that trailer came out. But we'll see what happens.

At this point, I may be in a wait and see mindset.

Yes because I lived through 1983-1999, the years with no Star Wars.

It used to make me more excited but now I don't really care. Don't have Disney+ anymore so it's not like I can watch it anyways

Yes because I am always excited to see what comes next in the Star Wars franchise and what stories they will tell

Regular new SW screen content was all I ever wanted in the barren years. So for me, SW is in a golden age now.

It depends on what it is, if its stuff I care about like CW stuff and empire era(for the most part) but if its sequels no thanks i'll watch it once begrudgingly

Anything by TCW team I gotta say may be better SW content. Like The Bad Batch is still a good series, warts and all, compared to some of the live-action content. Hell, even the "Tales of the" series has some really good stuff, despite having a more limited runtime.
