I like all of them.

Sand is terrible, especially when you live your childhood as a slave constantly being blasted by it, having to trudge through it to get from your hovel to your master, having to sweep it, having to dust it out of droids, and comb it out of your hair (pray you don't have have kinky or curly locks, because good luck getting the shampoo and water you need on Tatooine with your basically 0 income), and pick it out from under your nails and every single body part multiple times a day in order to prevent horrible chafing.

Anakin's hated of sand is honestly one of his traits that I find the most reasonable and endearing.
