I mean i have so much hot takes i wonder if any of my Star Wars takes are even correct lol

TCW is not one of Star Wars’s finer movies, in the opinion of most. However, everybody has different tastes and just because someone is different than the majority doesn’t mean that their tastes are “bad“.

I enjoyed The Clone Wars movie a bit more

Though Solo was enjoyable

I think most of the hate on TCW movie is that it was too kid-friendly, or maybe because at that point the character of Ahsoka Tano was just created. Remember, they had just created Ahsoka, who was considered annoying at that time. Similar to how Reva in Dinsey+'s Obi-Wan Kenobi was criticized (in some ways) due to being the "annoying new character"; okay, Kenobi may not be the best example, but still, it mostly checks out. Difference though, TCW movie led into the long-running television series, which was in production a year ahead of what was broadcast, and therefore Ahsoka was able to develop and grow as a character over that time.

But that's just me speculating.

Well um I'm a teenager and even though it's pretty kid-friendly i can still enjoy it and Ahsoka back in the movie and beginning of TCW tv series didn't bother me cause she kind of reminds me of myself LOL...

So yeah

The Clone Wars movie just would’ve worked better as a 2 part premiere of the show. The only reason they combined it into 1 movie and released it in theaters is for marketing reasons.

I meant like now versus then. Back then, fans didn't have a full television series to go by. So when they first saw Ahsoka Tano, they may not feel as good about the character then versus now. But again, this is just a guess on my part. I'm sure there may be other criticisms I'm missing.

But yeah, it's always nice when you find a character you can relate to. In any franchise.
