Interestingly the music wasn't even written for this scene; it's the Yoda farewell music from earlier in the movie when he says goodbye to Chewbacca and Tarfful. For some reason most of the officially released PT deleted scenes that were cut before scoring had music edited into them for their official release

This should've been in the final cut.
