He won’t. Not that it’s impossible, of course, but he’s irrelevant to the scope of this story about the clones. Palpatine’s plans on Mount Tantiss seem above what he’d allow Vader to know.
What works so well about the finale of The Clone Wars is that even someone who has never seen the films is still given the right information throughout the show to know that Vader is Anakin. It emphasizes the tragedy of that story to confirm it only at the very end and never show him again. It’s meant to be left open-ended, and I think showing him in the sequel series in any capacity would be a mistake.
