In the force awakens, A theme plays that i can’t find, it plays when star killer base is destroyed and a few other times too. it seems to only be in the force awakens and i’ve searched and can’t find it.

Okay yeah I think you're looking for Poe's theme.
As for the specific statements you mentioned; the cue for blowing up Starkiller Base is called 7M68A Light in the Snow and Flying Home, it was released on the OST from 0:00-1:16 of "Farewell and the Trip", and on the FYC from 0:00-1:12 of "The Journey Home".
And the cue with Poe's theme immediately after 1:16:20 is 5m47 v2 Good Guys Shooting. It's available on the FYC from 0:00-0:32 and from 0:50-end of "The Resistance"; there's a YouTube upload available of it here:https://youtu.be/w26f4KPdioE?si=F48gQ2xg4vPtwCTF
