I like him very much, and despite not being a 13-year-old boy, his name occasionally gives me the giggles.

Similar to Obi-Wan, Kit had a sense of humor and seemed more kind-hearted than most of the more stoic Jedi. He was able to find a balance that they had not, and I respect him for seeming to enjoy life, not merely finding serenity in it.

I do like his design and cool he is aquatic

Now while his role in Episode II and III were really small, The Clone Wars is where he shined since was given more to do and felt like he was an actual character

Also I enjoyed Phil LaMarr’s performance as Kit Fisto

Deserves more screen time. And the guy made made his own dang lightsaber design and even taught other people to add the modification to theirs too! He deserves his own episode in TOTJ (Tales Of The Jedi).
