I know there are narcotics in the Star Wars universe like what would the real life counterparts to Spice & Death Sticks be exactly like is Spice similar to cocaine or pure heroin or what about Death Sticks are they similar to PCP? This has been a question on my mind about what real life narcotics inspired the ones in Star Wars.

The only direct parallels are standard alcoholic drinks made of fermented organic matter and cigarrras filled what in Legends is definitely space tabacco.
Other drugs, especially spice, come in so many varieties and have too many different effects, especially considering the vast numbers of user species, to accurately correlate to an Earth drug.
If you're writing fiction, just consult this page, then make up something that seems plausible.
Disney seems to be distancing itself from drug use in its films, so I imagine the distinctions aren't going to get much clearer in the near future.
