An animated Maul show would be awesome. Or a live action one where Ray Park plays Maul, and Sam voices him, like they did in Solo

I would love this! It's never gonna happen though. Partly due to Vader already having Inquisitors.

Yes, but that would mean it's a new story. Not associated with the games. I thought that was what the post meant to be about. Lol If it was simply including Starkiller into Canon, I guess it's equally as possible as how Star Wars Rebels had brought in Thrawn. Again, it would just be a new story.

There is the matter of tying into what is now iron-clad canon. Presuming there isn't already an explanation as to why the Inquisitors ceased to exist by the Original Trilogy. If there isn't, perhaps Starkiller could fill in that gap.

I think it was because Inquisitors mostly had died out after three of them died on Malachor

Or if he returned in Maul series would be fun as well

I love Sam Witwer, but we really don't need Galen Marek at this point; Maul however... There's still a chunk of time between Solo and Rebels where they could explore Maul and the Crimson Dawn.
