I say no, because there is no evidence whatsoever of this. I also just do not think it is remotely within Obi-Wan nor Satine’s character to just abandon their own son. Obi-Wan is not like Anakin, he’s not just gonna cheat on the Jedi Order behind their back. Also, just because Satine and Bo-Katan don’t have another sibling in the show, doesn’t mean they don’t have another one at all.

So I believe what canon says, which is that Korkie Kryze is the nephew of Satine and Bo-Katan Kryze.

It's still a cool theory to think about though.
