S1 was definitely a bit corny & slow, definitely gets progressively better afterwards though. Stick with it.

@WizardWarrior1 Seriously though, like how can you watch season 4 of Rebels and say it's a bad show.

@Nightbreaker719 That's what I tell people who watch season 1 and decide they don't like the show. Like they have no idea what they're missing.

I agree with @WizardWarrior1 that the main criticism seems to be that this show has its fair share of moments, particularly in the first two seasons, that are more targeted towards younger audiences, especially compared to TCW that has (for a kid's show) more mature topics as political intrigue, corruption, etc.

I personally love all four seasons and I think each has their gems. Rebels does a wonderful job with individual character development and character dynamics throughout all seasons. I also think it just has a great vibe in general and I personally love all the episodes that are centered around the Force.

So, I, too, think sometimes that it's somewhat underrated. But, from what I've seen on the Wook and outside it, this show does have its fanbase. Not as big as TCW one, but still

At first I didn’t like not sure why but then I gave it a try and after watching like the first five episodes I was hooked and this has truly became my second favorite animation show after The Clone Wars

I cried when I finished rebels. It was the BEST show I have ever seen. I don't see why people don't like it.It has loveable characters, an amazing plot and the last few episodes are glorious. 1000/10. Deserves a BAFTA.
