I love them all but Qui-gon and Luke (legends) are the embodiments of what Jedi should be

Don't get me wrong, Luke is my favorite SW characters (fuck you, Last Jedi), but Obi-Wan is a fully developed Master who truly represented the core ideals and values of the Order.

Sorry to be off topic, but I don't get why people have such a hatred for the portrayal of Luke in TLJ (and don't get me wrong, I'm not a fan of that movie). He had a moment where he sensed darkness, impulsively reached for his lightsaber, then refrained from killing Ben. He then spent some time in isolation, not unlike what Yoda did after ROTS. While it might not be what people wanted to see happen to him, that doesn't explain the actual hate of this characterization (and even Mark Hamill complained of it too). I just don't understand the big deal.

Luke saw good in his father, a man who killed his master, tortured his best friend and sister, and cut off his arm. Yet he didn’t give his nephew the same consideration when he had dark thoughts, that doesn’t sit well with 90% of the fans. Legends Luke had a history of redeeming dark siders, one that he would marry, another would officiate his wedding, another was one of his most prized students. He also never gave up, even after his wife was murdered by his nephew, or when he was exiled from the Jedi order (temporarily) and his Jedi never gave up on him

Those are all the best jedi, so it's hard to choose just one, but probably luke. Yoda, obiwan and quigon were great too. It definitely wasn't anakin.

I say either Anakin or Obi-Wan I do like Luke as well

I'd say RoTJ Luke (not Disney Luke) is what a true Jedi should be.
