I think I found him. Hopefully I am not wrong this time.
This one is significantly harder than the previous thread.
For me, the last one took 2-ish hours and 2 hints from a very helpful bike named Mike to find him. This time it only took 15-ish minutes
@Ctmeh the general grevious minfig that you have is worth around $85, and your Jabba the Hutt figure is worth around $60. Just interesting.
I’m not sure, but I think I may have found Watto.
Also, where the heck did @Ctmeh get all of these LEGO trees?

Parts either from Lego Store pick a brick or Bricklink. Then I build the trees.
