- Maul is a bloodthirsty psychopath who will feign politeness until he slashes you across the chest

- Vader is a broken wreck who takes his pain and anger out on anyone for any excuse

- Dooku is a narcissist who strives to be a political idealist but has some decent manners

- Kylo is a loose cannon who is just as likely to murder you as promote you

I guess it's Dooku.
