I agree, but calling the country Palestine could cause a conflict between users and it exposes his political opinion in this a-political website

Let's not go down that discussion, but just to clarify any confusion: Israel is a nation and so is Palestine; they're not mutually exclusive identities. The question of countries' territorial status (what constitutes a country and has sovereignty over what land) is a different matter, so listing Palestine is not to do with that and is not an expression of political opinion, so it still adheres to our "no politics" policy.
