Been awhile since I’ve read the KOTOR comics but I remember being really caught off guard by them murdering all of their apprentices because they feared they would become a threat. Zayne slowly but surely bringing them to justice felt so good especially since they wrote him off as a joke.

The Jedi Covenant were pretty corrupt. They slaughtered their own Padawans (as well as who knows what else) and framed the poor guy who managed to escape. They did it only because they had a vision of a Sith Lord with red armour, and their Padawans were all wearing red suits at the time. The Jedi Covenant failed spectacularly.
