This is a hard choice, but I have to go with Season 2. Mainly because it introduced a lot of new characters and how it clearly illustrated the rise of the Galactic Empire.

I enjoyed both seasons so not sure which one is better

Season Two is a huge improvement from the first one. But I'm giving Season One a slight bump, considering that they were still finding their footing with the show.
