In that case, The Knights of Ren 1000%. Even the Rise of Kylo Ren comic does a terrible job explaining who they are and why Ben cares about them.

The Knights of Ren I believe are a cool concept but were terribly underused and executed.

The Knights of Ren are the most undeveloped character

They should have gotten a bigger role in The Rise of Skywalker

Unlike everyone else here, the Knights of Ren never even got any speaking lines.
