For everyone voting show, I’m curious as to why. Especially after Kenobi, I’m not sure the budget would do the story justice.

^Honestly if it were a world where Lucasfilm wasn’t this controversial in terms of story quality and budgets then I think a show would work out just fine. The first half of the season he can do the Jedi killing thing and the second half of the season can be the beginning of the rebellion. Granted the season would have to be longer than 6 episodes to cover all of that.

Typically I’m in favor of bringing back characters, or diving into them more deeply through eu content. I’ve expressed on here many times that I’m very much of the opinion that not everyone needs a show/movie.

However, I think if Starkiller comes back, it needs to be in a way where he can be played by Sam Witwer. So whether it’s a game, or an animated series, or even live action, I think any of those are fine. But Witwer’s involvement is a must.

^i couldn’t agree with you more on that. Sam Witwer is the only person I will accept portraying Galen Marek. If they try to recast him I will have no part in Galen’s reintroduction back into canon.

I mean I guess a book? One that is obscure and not advertised and where he dies in the first chapter…

Games. I so want a modern Starkiller game - imagine JFO but with Starkiller level damage and power, that'd be sooooo badass.

I've said before however... I don't think he should be brought in to canon. Full disclaimer: He's my 4th favourite character and I'd love to see him again. However... They'd have to do quite a bit of retconning and depowering to fit him in to canon as he is.

I've seen fan theories that he's an Inquisitor or something else, but Starkiller, to me, is Vader's apprentice. If you remove that plot point, he isn't really the same. Hey, who knows? They might find a way to do it. But, given Lucasfilms... behaviour lately, I hope they leave him in Legends.
