I agree with the first comment here made by Armando. I frankly don't think Kit has enough on him to make a film. And Plagueis as the villain? No, no, Plagueis is one of the many Sith who "Traded armor for cloaks" he remained hidden from the Jedi the moment he gets discovered his and Sidious' plan to kill the Republic from within would fall apart.
