Yea I like that they are re releasing a lot of these very expensive comics

^Yes! They’re about halfway through Heir to the Empire but my god is the animation and the music on point! It truly feels like a proper continuation of the OT.

@KristianwithK Well, three things with this comic adaptation

1. Most obviously... it's abridged. There's quite a bit of missing or shortened stuff here. But on the plus side you can now finally see it.

2. The catch with finally seeing it... is well, the artist basically said bleep you to Timothy Zahn regarding the character designs. This is where Pellaeon gets his mustache even though he's described as clean shaven in the books. Ghent gets blue hair. Talon Karrde gets a goatee. Etc... the biggest change though is to Mara Jade. This is where she first losses the sleeves and her holdout blaster and starts wearing tank tops and gets a giant sidearm on her hip instead... because skin is sexy. At least she still has orange hair (close enough to Red-Gold for a comic with limited colors)... the dark red hair came later due to Shannon McRandle aka Shannon Baska. So kinda two steps forward but one step backwards situation, some positive changes but some questionable decisions too regarding reducing Mara Jade to the sexy character rather than the practical one who just happens to be female. Mara Jade always has long sleeves in Timothy Zahn's books and nothing skin tight.

3. A fan has adapted all 3 of the unabridged audiobooks read by marc Thompson with these comics on YouTube. It's often pulled down due to copyright claims but someone keeps throwing it back up. It's obviously up to you to find it if you're interested though.
