^lol. I haven’t made mando armor personally, but I’ve made some lekku with EVA foam, and that worked out nicely. I’d recommend the medium or the harder thickness for armor. It will meld easier to your body shape but won’t completely disform in heat. As for the helmet…I’ve seen a lot of things, from bike helmets to cardboard to plastic to actual metal. I’d recommend looking up tutorials online and taking into account what materials are available to you and your budget and everything and then going for whatever works best for you
