Hmm... Probably the ending of The Clone Wars. It has me in tears every time - the animation, the music, the visuals - perfection.

OH god, where to start. When you think about it, majority of star wars is loss and tragedy. All the people who died, the Jedi and Clones they lost, Anakin's story. I cry every time I think about this. And all the little details like how the last thing Shmi, Obi-Wan and Padme had said to Anakin was how they loved him, or how Ahsoka's stance before a battle is a combination of Anakin's and Obi-Wan's stances, or how the last thing Anakin said before his Vader helmet went on was "Help me Padme" and his eyes were blue again. All the deaths of Fives, Kanan, Satine, The Clones who served Anakin and Ahsoka, all had me sobbing.

If there are going to be more spoilers in this post it will probably be removed, but for me there are so many emotional moments (happy and sad). I'll just list a couple because trying to list them all first of all will bore everyone else and second I would probably forget some.

Kanan's death of course; the welcome that Rex and company give Ahsoka in the season 7 arc in TCW; the sacrifices made by the Rogue One crew.

Order 66 - specifically what we see in Revenge of the Sith. It's not just the death of the Jedi - it's the death of the Republic, and the triumph of a cruel dictatorship that will plague the galaxy (in one form or another) for at least 50 years. It only gets more devastating each time I see it.
