Emperor Palpatine

I always say my top two are Plo Koon and Kreia/Darth Traya. Plo Koon because, particularly in TCW and the rest of Legends (Stark Hyperspace War, hello??), he's truly crafted to be a super interesting, sympathetic, and simply likeable character. His great voice in TCW helps too. As for Kreia, she's just a wise, well-written, interesting character. With the Uncle Ben charm, "use your power, but in its proper place" sort of thing. She looked at things with nuance. Plo and Kreia compare and contrast nicely in my 1 & 2 spot.

After that, I don't necessarily have an order, but Obi-Wan (shouldn't have to explain), Yoda (ditto), Palpatine (evil mastermind, well-written), Grievous (in Legends, sympathetic and super interesting arc), Luke (specifically Legends, one of the greatest heroes in any franchise), K'Kruhk (absolutely epic legend), and Ahsoka (in Canon) are all in there.

Edit: Oh, and Bossk, my favorite bounty hunter.

My Fav would be: Cody, Thorn, Hardcase, Jesse, Scorch, Fixer, Fives, Boil, Waxer, Kicks, Mara Jade, Kao Cen Darach, Shaak ti, Darth Krayt, Darth talon, Plo koon, Aaly Secure, and theres alot more. But that would take some time and all the rest of the clone troopers I did not name mainly becuz that would be a LONG LIST oh yes and Darth Revan, and A good amount of old Republic sith and Thrown, and Etc.
