It'd be great to see more Kallus content, both as imperial and rebel. But I doubt they'll ever make a show about him. Chris Evans is a good choice imo.

The Imperial defector story is the most overdone and generic trope in Star Wars. We don't need another.

I'm gonna be that odd ball... I always wanted Agent Kallus to look like his voice actor, David Oyelowo, and for him to play him in Live-action too. Such a wasted opportunity...

^^^It’s “overdone” because defection from the Empire to the Rebels is a core feature of the entire Galactic Civil War. As good people in the Empire realized the truth about the regime, they stood against it. It’s a story that we should expect to be constantly repeated, because that’s where much of the Alliance’s manpower actually comes from. Virtually all of the Alliance leadership once served the Empire.

Yes! I'd love to see him with the Empire some more. He was a personalized imperial during Star Wars Rebels until his defection, so hopefully we can get more of a view into imperials with this, such as the inner-workings of the Empire, some more personalized imps, etc.

I don't know if Chris Evans would be a good fit though. I mean, I can see him playing the role, but he'd need a bit of a makeover with his beard, etc.

What I think we all need to remember is that not every character deserves a spin-off. In fact, most characters don’t. So just keep that in mind the next time you start clamoring for a spin-off based on any character.
