Definitely Leia. Jaina was a great character before the LOTF novels turned her into eye candy for the Fel Dynasty and pitted her against her brother in a literal battle to the death. Leia went on to become a full fledged Jedi Knight and one of the most respected leaders of the New Republic. Not to mention she had a happy marriage with Han (that didn’t fall a part, not even when Jacen turned to the dark side), and she raised 3 children and became a grandmother.
