To me everything was better under Lucasfilms/arts, even the theme parks which there wasn't a set park but there were rides at universal and Disney before they bought Lucas which I feel were better.

Movies - Lucasfilm

Shows - (Disney) Lucasfilm

Books - Tied

Comics (Disney) Lucasfilm

Games - ...Tied?

I can't really pick a clear winner here, both have really good & bad elements. Books are the hardest, I can't even think to choose. Games are also really close. But if I had to choose one, I'll give a slight slight edge to Disney Lucasfilm. For now.

Technically, Lucasfilm is still making the content, but I get the question. Older stuff including Legends or the new shows and movies right? I'll give it to Lucasfilm (pre-Disney version) because while I like many new and recent things, especially the shows and some books, the old EU is a lot better at least to me. But that's not saying that I dislike Disney for "ruining SW" or whatever some of the more toxic people online say. I think they have many flaws, but also many good qualities.

Edit: Here's my sorting since we're doing that I guess:

Movies: Pre-Disney

Shows: Post-Disney (since they have more and the live-action ones have great visuals)

Novels: Pre-Disney

Games: I haven't played much so I can't say, I like KOTOR and JFO though from what I've watched

Comics: Tie (I've read more new ones than old but I just love the Legends ones I've read so much lol)

Movies- Lucasfilm

Shows- Disney LF, barely

Novels- Disney LF, because I've only read Legends books I've heard good things about

Comics- haven't read any legends ones, so can't really vote

Well I say Disney is because it gave us fun new shows

But I would say Lucasfilm is as well

Dude are you serious Disney completely stuffed up making the sequels movies and personally I think George Lucas should just direct it himself, and they make way better comics than Disney do. But Disney have improved as the made Rogue One and their Star Wars series have gotten better to as shown in the Mandorlorian series and the Obi Wan Kenobi series, so I would have to say Disney is better at making Star Wars series. But in general LucasFilms is just generally better at handling everything Star Wars related especially the movies and the comics.
