A mix, but generally the ships with no shields get destroyed a lot more quickly

1. Shields

2. Maneuverability- most space combat in Star Wars is in dogfights, without maneuverability you're getting shot down

3. Speed- same as above

4. Armament- doesn't really have much effect, except for missiles, which aren't that effective in Star Wars. All ya have to do is spin. It's a good trick

Definitely manoeuvrability. If it's good enough, it can act as your shield and dodge the other armaments.

Same as real life fighter craft, manoeuvrability or speed. You only need shields if you get hit, and you're manoeuvrable and fast enough you won't.

Armament is a really nice bonus. Despite every ship in SW seeming to only use guns (?) in this case missiles would probably be better. This is also thinking from a real life POV, so I guess there may be some differences fighting in space with laser guns.

Manoeuvrability probably the most important IMO

There's really no way to tell, they need all of that to be effective.

Imagine a ship that doesn't have much speed or movement but is nearly indestructible and with strong weapons.

Depends on what the fighter is being used for. Bombing/strafing runs against a point-defence system, you'd want shields. Dogfights you'd want manoeuvrability to get behind your enemy. Speed if you're trying to get through a shield gate before it closes again. Armament if you are going against a target that can't fight back.
