I've said it before and I'll say it again: Hello There is the most overrated quote in Star Wars history. It's not unique. It's just another quip from Jesus McGregor, except said to the asthmatic cyborg. There's literally no reason why this is any more special than "How did this happen? We're smarter than this!" or "So uncivilized." both of which are much better than "Hello There!"
