Probably the throne room scene.
The whole dang movie! No seriously if I were to list my favorite moments I might as well type an entire essay. I’ll just do a few bullet points.
Luke and Vader’s finale battle. This is what the entire trilogy has been leading towards. The final confrontation between father and son and this is truly a battle for Anakin’s soul. Despite everything that he was told, Luke reaches out to his father with the same love and compassion that Padme did right before she died. Anakin’s love for his son reawakened his compassionate side and Anakin Skywalker saved his son.
The death of Anakin Skywalker. Seeing him look at his son with such pride and love right before he died always gets next to me. The fact that he ask Luke to tell Leia that Luke was right about him shows his desire for his daughter to see the good in him as well. It’s such an impactful scene.
Leia choking the life out of Jabba. Let’s be honest someone had to finally do it. I couldn’t stand Jabba especially after this movie.
The battle of Endor was glorious! I love watching the alliance fight alongside the Ewoks. Lando and Ackbar were also very awesome throughout this battle.
The celebration scene at the end of the movie was so beautiful and it’s a perfect lead in to our characters next journeys in legends.
Jabba's Palace, Dagobah and Endor. Which is the whole movie. The only bit I don't like is the death of third Ewok villager.
I think the throne room and Anakin’s redemption are the best for me. Another one of my favorites is when Luke comes into Jabbas palace and force chokes the guards, also dagobah is great.
I forgot to add the ending where you see the force ghosts of Yoda, Obi-Wan and Anakin.
The Battle of Carkoon
Speeder Showdown on Endor
The Battle of Endor (both ground and space battles)
Luke Skywalker vs. Darth Vader duel (rematch)
Victory Celebration
