I am going with Darth Bane cannon

Just a little potential advice, for those people who haven't read the trilogy it might be a good idea to read it before immediately assuming you don't like it because it's "not real anymore" or something. The books are some of my favorites and technically could still work with a few tweaks, though it may just be me because I prefer Old Republic to High Republic as far as before-prequel content goes.

I enjoyed Canon Bane's appearance during Yoda's arc but I have to go with his Legends version as well. Legends Bane is such a great character and his trilogy is really well written. These books are my favorite SW-books next to the Legends Thrawn-trilogy.

Like Ariel, I can only recommend these novels!

I'll reserve judgement until Canon Bane is actually the chief antagonist or protagonist of a story.

Cannon bane looks way cooler

He really just looks like some knight personally I feel they tried to hard to make him look different and I feel EU bane looks way better.

Honestly could never stand Darth Bane’s legends appearance. He didn’t really look like a Sith, more like some emo who thought he looked cool. His armor in Legends doesn’t look at all practice either.

The picture I used isn't his armor its fan art, also he looks emo becuase thats what the Darkside does to you it corrupts you and makes you look tired/depressed. The armor is not supposed to look cool either it's supposed to cause immense pain to the wearer so that they may channel the Darkside and defeat their enemy. His true armors name was the orblisk armor i have used a picture of below.

I know that wasn’t his armor. All the fan art depicts him with the black lined makeup, which makes him look really emo to me.

Im aware of how his armor works, I’ve read up on Bane a lot lol. I’m just saying it’s impractical armor, it looks like it wouldn’t be useful in a fight. The helmet especially is a Sith warrior’s nightmare; literally leaves most of the face exposed. As much as I like the Legends Bane more, I cannot with proper conscience say he looks better or more practical.

It's kind of unfair because we don't much about Canon Bane.
