In my opinion I think that the actor who played Han was all wrong.

The actor who played a younger version Harrison Ford's character in The Age Of Adaline world have been better.

I think that the way Han and Chewbacca met in the movie was stupid.

The way it was in the books was so much better.

My biggest frustration with Solo will always be that they didn’t cast the guy who played young Harrison Ford in Age of Adeline, he’s so perfect. Voice and Looks.

My biggest complaint was the fact that they tried to so much timeline into the movie if you read the comics and other material he was a pilot for awhile and a trooper that right there is 2 episodes worth of content not to mention his rescue a valance twice once as a pilot and once as a trooper

I personally enjoyed the movie a lot and I thought Alden Ehrenreich was a perfect casting of young Han (the same thing goes for Donald Glover as Lando). Not only did he look pretty similar to OT-Han, I also thought they did his character all in all justice. Though I also didn't have any expectations towards possible casting choice, so I didn't feel disappointed in this regard.

However, there are things I thought they could have done better. And I do agree that it would have been interesting to watch a whole series revolving around Han, one could have probably learned more about him in this case than through a movie which focusses mainly on one specific part of his life. Though since there will be a show about Lando, I hope Han will make an appearance in this show now and then as well
