Mace Windu returning would also be a negative for Anakins character. Him attacking Windu was one of the last nails in the coffin for him turning to the Dark Side and becoming Darth Vader. (A Sith Lord?)

^^The fact of the matter is his death in ROTS is confirmed on the official Star Wars website so if he survived it that would be a retcon. On top of that as @RoomOfFame stated, it would completely undermine the impact of Anakin’s betrayal. The hallmark of him becoming a Sith includes the death of a comrade. 

Nah he is alive and well, trust me on that =]

Having Mace come back for the sole reason of having Boba kill him off is a pointless and unneeded story line. Also, it is inconsistent with the 'nice guy Boba' we got in BoBF.

I don't want him to apear In mando because his fighter and that if he he came back I think that the most logical way is to be killed by Vader After Revege of the Sith

He hasn't yet, technically, however he will be making an appearance in the Clone Wars spin-off, "Tales of the Jedi". I did hear in an interview that Samuel L. Jackson was trying to get someone to vouch to the writers to bring back Windu because "he can learn to fight with one arm". If Maul could survive, and Boba could return, I think that anything is possible. LOL!
