I just finished reading Into The Dark, and I was laughing at the stuff Geode got into. How does he do anything? Star Wars never stops surprising me.

Considering this is Disney Star Wars...they probably didn't even put much thought into it. I'm pretty sure not even the writers have thought an explanation to how Geode works.

And of course, we need to have a rock be the flirtatious one because we can't have a humanoid do that, nope.
