Besides the Grand Inquisitor which other Inquisitor was a Temple Guard?

I thought most of them were - or at least former Jedi -- it seems like all the dark siders were Jedi - so how did they survive Order 66 - did Palpatine already turn them or did he just get lucky

^Actually, all of the inquisitors were jedi that turned to the dark side.

Those that had expressed any interest towards the dark side on temple hologram security footage received holotexts to not show up for work on the day that it happened.

I don't know what species the temple guards are really are

^ There were a big variety of them, since they were a subset of the fairly diverse Jedi

I'd imagine similar species ratios to the overall Order (so mostly human but with a fair number of aliens mixed in)

Some Temple Guards were killed during Order 66, and we only know that the Grand Inquisitor was a former Temple Guard, not all of the Inquisitors. I don't think we know exactly how the Inquisitors were recruited
