For example, I've read about Ronderu lij Kummar's death so many times but every time I die a little bit inside.

Jessie's and all the clones that were with Ahsoka and Rex - hours earlier they were welcoming her back and protecting the Republic, then they all died trying to kill her and they helped destroy the Republic
Kanan's also hit me - but he made the choice to save the woman he loved (and as a Jedi i'm sure he also knew she was pregnant, so he also did it for his unborn son)
Might be an unpopular opinion but Darth Vader’s death because in the end he is saving Luke and his good side returns.
Also, Rey. That bit where she drops the lightsabers is amazing.
Darth Vader, I know this is such a generic and boring one, but he is my favourite character, the fact he dies with his son and him finally turning back to the light is just so heartbreaking and heartwarming.
There are so many tragic and/or gruesome deaths in SW and in other fandoms, I think I've become desensitized in this regard to some degree.
Though the ones that first come to my mind of those that still hit me are:
1) Shmi Skywalker's death. A loving, well-meaning mother and kind, generous woman who suffered a horrible death. Her death itself and Anakin's reaction make this scene still heartbreaking to me. People can laugh at ATOC's questionable execution of romance all they want but this scene is a pretty emotional, well executed one, in my opinion.
2) The Younglings in ROTS. I have still no idea what's so funny or entertaining about this scene that it's become such a popular meme. Every time I watch it, I find it incredibly brutal how those poor children, innocent and scared, seek help from somebody they look up to only for the camera to switch to Anakin's cold, determined expression and the ominous sound of the lightsaber being switched on
I am going with Han Solo, Luke Skywalker and Leia Organa's death in the sequel trilogy
Han Solo. I was inconsolable after seeing TFA the first time.
@Willa Marshall Han's death was quite the shock, I agree.
