Makeup can do some amazing things

I know but I am talking about in terms of the character not the actor playing him lol.

Its like he started off young, got really old and then got a bit younger as he got OLDER....is THAT how the force works? XD

Either way it is not affecting my enjoyment of the show, just one of those annoying little things I pick up on lol

I mean yeah charecter wise it is a bit strange as he should be more wrinkled especially if he was on Tatooine for a large amount of his "retirement"

I don’t think they paid attention to details like what living on a desert planet for decades would do to a guy back in the 70’s. ANH Obi’s face should have looked like an old leather purse. I bet the make up department on the new show accentuated Ewans existing features to add to both Obi wans weariness and exposure to Tatooines elements.

Owen lived on tatooine all his life and his ANH version didnt seem to have wrinkles as bad as Obi wan in the Obi wan series lol
