I’d go with space blueberry simply because the Star Wars universe takes place in another galaxy. Thrawn would have no frame of reference for who Hitler was.

Probably offended by the comparison Hitler. Hitler was bad at logistics, he was very bad at investing proven by things like the super weapon programs, and Thrawn would probably view the mass killing of peoples as a waste of resources.

Though regarding the question, that might depend on what version of Thrawn we're talking about. I don't think any version of him would appreciate either of these two comparisons but some versions might prefer one over the other
